Olympiad of Culture Sarajevo 2025 – Programme

You are cordially invited to the press conference of the Olympiad of Culture Sarajevo 2025 (OC S 2025), which will take place on Thursday, 23 October 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Museum of the XIV Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo.

The event will introduce artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina and around the world, along with the curators of the international exhibition “Shelter” — Pamela Beverly-Quigley and Dr. George Rivera.

Ibrahim Spahić, Art Director and Founder of the Olympiad of Culture, will present:

The program “Artists of Freedom and Peace,” dedicated to the anniversary of the adoption of the UN Charter and the founding of the United Nations, realized programs of support and participation within OC S 2025, inspired by the Manifesto of Art in the World, and The theme of the 41st International Sarajevo Winter Festival 2026.

We would like to draw your attention to the exhibition “Shelter”, and kindly invite all media representatives interested in attending the official opening at ARK D-O / “Titov bunker” in Konjic to apply for accreditation.

Transportation will be provided from the Armed Forces Hall of Bosnia and Herzegovina, departing on Friday, 24 October 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

Our local host in Konjic, the “Prvi korak” Agency, will organize a guided city tour for all participants.

Return to Sarajevo is planned following the roundtable discussion “Shelter in the Shelter.”
