Manifesto

The manifesto was adopted and promoted on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. in Museum XIV ZOI 84 at the online closing ceremony of the First Online Culture Olympiad Sarajevo 2021. The Olympics were held from May 9th to May 19th, 2021, with the participation of artists from all continents. Ibrahim Spahić, the author of the text of the Manifesto and the organizer of the online Olympiad, announced that the Cultural Olympiad in Sarajevo was founded with the creative energy of the artists of the world Manifesto.

Sarajevo is a city of art and one of the centers of civilizations of the modern world, where bridges are built inspired by love for the freedom of creativity and meeting the other and the different.
The 2021 Manifesto and the 2025 Cultural Olympiad will confirm the essential importance of science, education, art and new technologies in creating the role of artists, in a world burdened by diseases, climate change, conflicts and economic and social crises, in the fight for survival, for health, for sustainable development, justice, freedom and peace.

MANIFESTO

– afirmacija i zaštita autorskih prava i kreativnih sloboda umjetnika i njihovih zajednica je osnova za osnivanje Olimpijskih igara.
– Olimpijada kulture je /stvarni i virtuelni/ susret kultura i civilizacija kroz koji umjetnici daju smisao životu, održivi razvoj i poštovanje stvorenih i novih djela.
-Umjetnička djela su i materijalno, kulturno i duhovno naslijeđe koje stvara znakove, jezike i pisma za racionalno čitanje prošlosti, sadašnjosti i budućnosti čovječanstva.
-prostor/vrijeme u kojem umjetnici stvaraju je poseban i omogućava višestruke veze između kulturnih i civilizacijskih vrijednosti i njihovih značenja, dragocjenih za svakog čovjeka i njegovo društvo.
-jedinstveno planetarno iskustvo kroz koje prolazi savremeni svijet obavezuje, ovdje i sada, da pronađemo i uspostavimo ljudske odnose sa spoznajom da su oni nezamislivi bez umjetnika i umjetnosti.
-suočeni sa realnošću izolacije, stvarnim granicama/zidovima i zabranama uslovljenim ratovima i sukobima koji žive na distanci i sa najbližima, odsustvom zainteresovane publike i kritičara umetnosti i javnosti, umetnici koriste nove tehnologije i inovacije i traže potrebne odgovore na dramatične izazove i, više nego ikada, ne odriču se svoje misije slobode stvaranja kojoj su posvećeni i stvarne veze sa zajednicom.
– potvrđuju da je ostvarivanje prava na kulturu neotuđivo pravo svakog čovjeka, kao što je pravo na život, slobodu i mir, zdravlje, obrazovanje, rad i kretanje i izbor mjesta života i veze.
– svojim stvaralaštvom i porukama svjedoče svijetu da umjetnici u svim okolnostima doprinose međusobnom razumijevanju i opstanku kultura i civilizacija i da zaslužuju suštinski važne i uticajne pozicije u svakom društvu kao pokretači ključnih i
produktivne promjene i garanti sjećanja i otvorenosti svakog društva i čovječanstva.
– Manifest Prve onlajn olimpijade kulture Sarajevo 2021. poziva umjetnike svijeta da učešćem na Olimpijadi kulture i civilizacije potvrde svoje pravo na slobodu stvaralaštva i govora i na taj način daju ličnu podršku pravima i slobodama svih ljudsko biće.
– Manifestom se uspostavlja Olimpijada kulture i civilizacije kao trajna manifestacija svjetske umjetnosti.
-Manifest se obavezuje da će raditi na promjeni položaja, mjesta i uloge umjetnika i umjetnosti u svijetu, svjesni svoje odgovornosti i mogućnosti koje imaju kao slobodni građani.

MANIFESTO

-affirmation and protection of copyright and creative freedom of artists and their communities is the basis for establishing the Olympic Games.

-the unique planetary experience through which the contemporary world is passing obliges, here and now, to find and establish human relationships with the knowledge that they are unimaginable without artists and art.
-faced with the reality of isolation, real borders/walls and prohibitions conditioned by wars and conflicts lived at a distance and with those closest to them, the absence of an interested audience and art critic and the public, artists use new technologies and innovations and look for the necessary answers to dramatic challenges and, more than ever, do not renounce their mission of freedom of creation to which they are dedicated and real connections with the community.
– confirm that exercising the right to culture is an inalienable right of every human being, like the right to life, freedom and peace, health, education, work and movement and the choice of place of life and connections.
– testify through their creative works and messages to the world that artists, in all circumstances, contribute to mutual understanding and the survival of cultures and civilizations and that they deserve essentially important and influential positions in every society as drivers of key and
