XXXIX International Festival Sarajevo Winter is a traditional cultural and artistic event held in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The 2023 Festival will be held under the motto “ALEA IACTA EAST”. It is a meeting of artists from all over the world. The International Center for Peace Sarajevo is the organizer of the festival.

The program consisting of theater performances, concerts, films, art exhibitions, panel discussions, literary events, architecture, videos, programs representing cultural heritage and children's programs will be presented in the next edition of the Festival.

The programs of the Festival are held not only in theaters, galleries, museums and concert halls in the city, but also in the Olympic Mountains, both during the Festival and as part of the opening and closing ceremonies.

The festival invites you to a meeting from February 7 to March 21, 2023 in Sarajevo.

Sarajevo Winter has the honor to invite you to present your ideas for the next creative workshop we are organizing on the project “Olympic Games of Culture 2024”, which we want to realize together with you.

• The Festival organizes mandatory space for the realization of the program, local transport (airport-hotel), as well as media promotion of artists
• The Festival organizes mandatory press and media conferences and public meetings
• The Festival does NOT cover travel expenses for artists or works of art (ATA carnet)
